The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee's (MSRC) Residential Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Incentive Pilot Program offers rebates of up to $250 towards the purchase of a qualified residential Level 2 EVSE. Additional rebates of up to $250 are available for low-income residents. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis to residents within the SCAQMD jurisdiction.
