The California Energy Commission (CEC) offers grants through the Clean Transportation Program for the installation of Level 2 EV chargers at MFH units. Eligible applicants include all public and private entities excluding investor-owned utilities. Projects must install a minimum of 120 charging ports. A minimum of 50% of a project’s EV charging ports must be installed within disadvantaged communities or low-income communities. Additional terms and conditions apply.
